Description
The US Government Publishing Office is requesting a quotation for the production of 100 coil-bound books. The books will have a trim size of 8-1/2" x 11" and will contain 474 text pages plus covers. The project requires a quality level of 3, as specified in GPO PUB 310.1. The contractor will be responsible for printing, punching, and binding the books with a black plastic coil. The contractor must also ensure that the books lay flat when opened and that the punch does not invade the text.
• The project requires the use of four-color process printing.
• The contractor must provide a W-9 form before payment can be made.
• The contractor must notify the ordering agency on the same day that the product ships or delivers via email.
• The contractor must provide copies of all delivery, mailing, and shipping receipts upon agency request.
• The contractor must comply with GPO Contract Terms (GPO Pub. 310.2) and reports of fraud, waste, and abuse can be made to the GPO Inspector General.
