The Los Angeles County Public Works is soliciting bids to fully renovate the former Torrance Community Health & Wellness Center located at 2300 West Carson Street. The two‑story, 11,306 sq ft building, constructed in 1933, requires comprehensive updates to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, interior finishes, accessibility, and security systems, as well as the installation of a new elevator and code‑compliant restrooms.
