2025 Garden d'Lights Parking Management Services

The City of Bellevue is seeking a parking contractor to manage the parking lot during the Garden d'Lights event at the Bellevue Botanical Garden. The contractor will be responsible for charging visitors for parking, monitoring the lot for open spaces, managing bus and rideshare drop-off, and other tasks. The event will run from November 29, 2025, to December 31, 2025, except for Christmas Day. The contractor must provide excellent customer service, accept both cash and credit card payments, and keep accurate accounting records. The city reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive irregularities and informalities in the submittal and evaluation process. • The contractor must have strong expertise, knowledge, and/or experience in requested services. • The contractor must be able to assign a consistent project team through project completion. • The contractor must be able to keep accurate daily accounting records and provide reports upon request. • The contractor must comply with the City of Bellevue's equal opportunity requirements and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
