The parts must be individually packaged and marked with the NSN 4820-01-687-4981. The delivery shall be F.O.B. DESTINATION to USCG Surface Forces Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore MD 21226. The required delivery date is no later than 9/3/26. • The parts must be compatible with the specified manufacturer and part number. • The parts must be packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129. • The offeror must provide a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 with their quote. • The offeror must comply with all applicable FAR and DFARS clauses.
