The State Coastal Conservancy is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to update its qualified‑consultant roster for a wide range of coastal, environmental, and community‑engagement services. Interested firms, individuals, non‑profits, and community groups are asked to submit their qualifications and organizational information via an online form on a rolling basis. The effort aims to build a diverse pool of consultants for future projects, emphasizing environmental studies, permitting assistance, tribal coordination, engineering, construction management, wildfire risk reduction, landscape architecture, and community‑focused services, with special encouragement for small businesses, minority‑owned firms, and DVBE participants. Submissions will be kept on file for at least one year and may be used for upcoming Conservancy projects.
• Scope includes environmental, engineering, architectural, landscape, construction management, and community engagement services.
• Open to all qualified entities; submissions accepted continuously through 2027‑09‑30.
• Emphasis on California‑based, diverse, and small‑business participation, including SB, minority‑owned, women‑owned, and DVBE firms.
• Information collected will be retained for a minimum of one year and used to inform future project solicitations.
