Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking repair services for the UMTE program. The requirement is restricted to qualified sources, and all non-qualified vendors must comply with qualification requirements. The contractor will be responsible for providing repair services, including teardown, test, and evaluation, as well as providing data and reports as required. The contract will be for a fixed price, and the contractor will be required to provide a detailed repair quote and negotiate a not-to-exceed price for certain line items.
* The contractor will be required to provide repair services for a control motor and other equipment.
* The contractor will be required to provide data and reports, including a repairable item inspection report and a counterfeit protection program report.
* The contractor will be required to comply with various regulations and clauses, including those related to unique item identification, defense priority and allocation requirements, and prohibition on the acquisition of covered defense telecommunications equipment or services.
