The City of Crescent City is seeking a qualified (B) General Contractor to fully remodel the public restrooms at Lighthouse Cove RV Park. The work includes demolition of existing finishes, removal of lead‑containing paint, installation of a high‑performance resinous flooring system with anti‑slip coating, new shower wall coatings, ADA‑compliant fixtures, partitions, plumbing, electrical, and temporary restroom/trailer facilities for park users during construction. The contract also requires performance and payment bonds, a 10 % bid guaranty, and compliance with California lead‑in‑construction regulations.
• Complete demolition and disposal of existing restroom finishes, including lead‑paint removal.
• Install resinous flooring, Sparkle Tuff anti‑slip coating, and high‑performance resinous shower wall coating.
• Provide new ADA‑compliant fixtures, partitions, countertops, plumbing, and electrical work; supply and install temporary restroom units for public use during construction.
