Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Air Division is seeking a quotation for the repair of a Thermotron model SM-16-8200 steam generator system. The contractor must be an authorized distributor and provide a quote that includes the published price list, historical data, authorized distributor letter, Cage Code, point of contact email, lead time, and grand total amount. The quote must be submitted via email to [email protected] by 12:00 pm on 13 May 2026.
• The repair is for a specific model and serial number of the Thermotron steam generator system.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The Government intends to award the contract on a firm fixed-price basis.
• The contractor must provide documentation appropriate to the type of payment request in accordance with the payment clause.
• The contract will be for a period of one year, from 02 Apr 2026 to 01 Apr 2027.
