The devices must be new, domestic end‑products, OEM‑authorized, and meet detailed functional specifications (handheld, battery‑operated, measurement range 5‑55 mmHg, LCD display, self‑test, etc.). Delivery is FOB destination to the VA clinic between 0800‑1500 on a mutually agreed date; no work is required on federal holidays.
