The U.S. Army Contracting Command‑Rock Island is seeking a qualified small‑business firm to perform a firm‑fixed‑price construction effort to repair driveways, sidewalks, and related infrastructure at Quarters 1 on the Rock Island Arsenal. The work includes demolition of existing pavement, site grading, construction of a new parking lot, driveways, sidewalks, installation of a new storm‑sewer system, a 1‑inch water service line, and relocation/installation of lighting electrical systems. The contract is a 100 % small‑business set‑aside and will be awarded to the most advantageous offer based on price, schedule, and past performance.
