Medium Caliber Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE)

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (CCNJ) intends to award up to 3 new Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for the procurement of Medium Caliber Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) services. The contracts will allow for Firm Fixed Price (FFP) or Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) task/delivery orders. The scope of work includes development, engineering, testing services, evaluation, training models, engineering/design services and support, qualification, ammunition components and production of 20mm to 50mm ammunition systems. Key aspects of the opportunity include: • Development, engineering, and testing of medium caliber ammunition systems • Production of 20mm to 50mm ammunition components • Support for qualification and evaluation of ammunition systems • Provision of training models and engineering/design services • The contracts will have a total ceiling value of $83,000,000 and a minimum guarantee of $100,000 for each contract.
