CEE Structural Load Frame procurement and installation

The United States Military Academy is seeking to procure a Structural Load Frame that will be erected in Goethals Hall. The load frame will consist of various steel members, including columns, beams, and stiffeners. The contractor will be required to provide a signed and priced solicitation, AISC certification, and a tolerance capability statement. The tolerance capability statement should explain the machining and QA/QC processes used to achieve the strict 1/32-inch dimensional tolerances required for the steel members. • The load frame will be used for structural testing and will require a high degree of precision and accuracy. • The contractor will be responsible for designing, fabricating, and installing the load frame. • The load frame will consist of multiple components, including columns, beams, and stiffeners. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed technical narrative explaining the machining and QA/QC processes used to achieve the required tolerances.
