Description
The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is issuing a Public Notice of Advertisement (PNA) for an on‑call, statewide roadway design services contract. Qualified consulting firms will be placed on a pre‑qualified roster to provide design, engineering, traffic, structural, geotechnical, and related services for a wide variety of GDOT projects ranging from two‑lane rural roads to multi‑lane urban interstates, traffic operations studies, and pedestrian facilities. Work will be performed under GDOT design policies, AASHTO standards, and applicable FAR indirect cost rate limits. Firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications by November 23 2026 to be considered for future task orders.
• Scope covers all phases of roadway design (pre‑design, preliminary, final, construction‑phase services).
• Required expertise includes civil, structural, geotechnical, traffic, hydraulic, and landscape architecture.
• Contract is “on‑call” – GDOT will issue individual task orders as needs arise.
• Indirect cost rates capped at 150% per FAR 48 CFR 31.
• Prime and sub‑consultant team requirements are indicated for each area class.
