Job Order Contracting for General Building

The City of Boulder is seeking proposals for Job Order Contracting for General Building Services. The city is looking for experienced contractors to perform small to medium-sized repair and rehabilitation work, replacement in kind projects, and minor new construction. The contract will be for a period of three years with two annual option terms. The city estimates the annual value of the contract to be $2,000,000 per contract year. The contractor will be required to submit a bid bond in the amount of $5,000 and hold the necessary licenses and certifications. • The contract will be awarded to up to four contractors based on the evaluation factors and the relative weight of the adjustment factors. • The contractor will be required to submit a Job Order Proposal for each project, including a price proposal, incidental drawings and sketches, a list of subcontractors, construction schedule, and other requested documentation. • The city reserves the right to reject any proposal that fails to meet the requirements described in the RFP. • The city also reserves the right to waive or decline to waive any informality or irregularity contained in any proposal. • The contractor will be required to execute Gordian's General Terms of Use and pay a JOC System License Fee to obtain access to the Gordian JOC Solution.
