Aircraft Listing and Marketing Agreement

The contractor will conduct due‑diligence, develop valuation and marketing plans, manage buyer interactions, and coordinate the closing and delivery of the assets within a six‑month exclusive term. The award will be based on qualifications, market reach, litigation history, proposed approach, and pricing (commission or fixed fee). • Conduct asset review, inventory, and valuation of two surplus helicopters and spare parts. • Develop and execute a marketing strategy, including listings, public notices, and buyer management. • Provide transaction support, prepare closing documents, and ensure delivery of sold assets within 7 calendar days of closing.
