F117 Engine Performance Restoration Pre-Solicitation Notice

The Department of the Air Force intends to award a sole source contract to Pratt & Whitney for the F117 Engine Performance Restoration program. The contract will include sustaining engineering, product improvement/modernization, supply chain management, and performance restoration services. The engineering support activities will include detailed design engineering, maintenance engineering, systems engineering support, and technical analyses. The supply chain management effort will require administration of the supply chain management program, including logistics planning, forecasting, and long-lead procurement.
