UND Circuit #1 Upgrade

The University of North Dakota is seeking bids for the UND Circuit #1 Upgrade project, which involves constructing a new 12.47kV underground electrical distribution system. The project includes conduit installation, duct banks, horizontal directional drilling, and demolition of existing utilities. The contractor will be responsible for installing pad-mounted switch basements, medium-voltage cable, terminations, grounding, and all associated testing and commissioning to NETA and IEEE standards. The contractor must also coordinate all outages, maintain site access and safety, and restore all disturbed areas to equal or better condition. • The project requires a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount. • The contractor must have a valid North Dakota Contractor's license. • The contractor must provide a certificate of insurance and a performance bond. • The project has a completion date of 10/31/2027. • The contractor will be required to attend a pre-bid meeting on 2/19/2026 at 9:30 AM CT. • The contractor must submit their bid proposal on the UND’s Jaggaer portal.
