Description
The US Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal is soliciting bids for a five-year requirements contract for the supply of Fluid Filter Elements (NSN: 4330-01-477-7985). The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract, and the Government will evaluate bids based on the unit prices identified in Section B for CLINs 0011 to 0015. The lowest total price will be determined by multiplying the proposed unit price by the respective quantity and summing up all CLIN prices. The Government reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award a contract without discussions.
