Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch System (EMALS) and Advanced Arresting Gear (AAG) Sustainment Spares Procurement

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to enter into sole source negotiations and subsequently award a contract to General Atomics (GA) for the procurement of Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch System (EMALS) and Advanced Arresting Gear (AAG) Sustainment Spares. The contract will provide the avenue for the Contractor to manufacture, build, test and deliver spares in support of In-Service Ford Class Carriers. The scope of work includes manufacturing, building, testing, and delivering spares to maintain and sustain system availability objectives. • The contract is for the procurement of EMALS and AAG Sustainment Spares • The contract will be awarded to General Atomics (GA) on a sole source basis • The contract will have options through Fiscal Year 2027 • Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact Zach Baur, Small Business Liaison for General Atomics
