Contract SME to the DTN standards developments effort

The NASA/NSSC is seeking a Contract SME to support the Delay Tolerant Network (DTN) data standards development efforts at the Consultative Committee for Space and Data Standards (CCSDS). The contractor will provide engineering analysis, design, development, and testing support and deliverables in support of the activities of CCSDS. The scope of work includes serving as the NASA rapporteur for the standardization of DTN technologies, supporting the CCSDS Space Internetworking Services (SIS) Area, and participating in semi-annual CCSDS face-to-face meetings. The contractor will also support various meetings, including regularly scheduled SIS-DTN telecons, NASA Data Standards Working Group (NDSWG) meetings, and monthly coordination meetings between the CCSDS DTN working group and relevant IETF working groups. • Serve as the NASA rapporteur for the standardization of DTN technologies • Support the CCSDS Space Internetworking Services (SIS) Area • Participate in semi-annual CCSDS face-to-face meetings • Support various meetings, including SIS-DTN telecons, NDSWG meetings, and coordination meetings between CCSDS and IETF working groups • Review and provide inputs on CCSDS books developed by the CCSDS SIS-DTN WG • Work with NASA to define and prioritize DTN standardization needs for Lunanet and Moonbase
