2026 Task Order Contract for the Pavement Preservation Package 4 - Slurry

The City of San Antonio is seeking bids for the 2026 Task Order Contract for the Pavement Preservation Package 4 - Slurry. The contract involves pavement preservation services, including slurry sealing, and other related work. The estimated construction cost for this contract is $1,250,000.00. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The bidder must meet the prevailing wage rate requirements and adhere to all requirements in addenda. • The bidder must register with the San Antonio E-Procurement System (SAePS) and meet the subcontracting requirements as stated on SBEDA Guidelines Provisions. • The bidder must submit all required documents, including the Contract Signature Page, Bid Bond, and Subcontractor/Supplier Commitment Form. • The project requires 10 project signs and does not include hazardous environmental work. • The work is to be substantially completed on or before 365 calendar days.
