The U.S. Navy is seeking a vendor to supply a complete oil‑free scroll breathing‑air compressor unit for USS RUSHMORE, with delivery, installation, continuous operation, maintenance, and rapid‑response support throughout a 3‑month period. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price RFQ, requiring compliance with Navy and OSHA quality and safety standards, and the contractor must hold an active MSRA/ABR agreement for Japan. • Provide one oil‑free scroll compressor (Rent Co., Ltd. Model RST‑55/‑55A) meeting Grade D breathing‑air specifications. • Deliver, install, and maintain the unit at Sasebo, Japan, ensuring 24/7 availability, 4‑hour emergency response, and 24‑hour replacement capability. • Perform independent laboratory testing, CO‑monitor calibration, and periodic air‑quality verification; all support services are at no additional cost to the Government.
