Description
The City of Fort Morgan is accepting sealed bids for Six (6) 64-Niche Columbarium Units. The units must be new, of the current year model, and have been in production for at least 12 months. The City will arrange for and pay for all costs associated with unloading and setting the units. The successful bidder will be required to provide foundation plans within 14 days of award of bid. The City is responsible for foundation, unloading the unit at the site, landscaping, and memorialization.
• The units must be GRANIT BRONZ, per design #5252X, with a rectangular shape, eight niches wide by four niches in height, and a single niche on each side.
• The units must have a Carnelian/Moonlight Gray/Polish finish and a GRANIT BRONZ 10/50 Warranty.
• The units must be shipped pre-assembled to the site, with the bidder paying freight and delivery charges.
• The bidder must provide all applicable manuals and documentation, including a copy of the warranty policy.
