Description
The Department of Defense, Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a contractor to provide electrical inserts, specifically ELECTRICAL INSERT, IAW NIIN 00-631-0852, PC 4 OF DWG 1197214 REV-L, with a quantity of 6 units. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and provide a completed copy of 52.212-3 and its ALT I. The evaluation criteria will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
• The contractor must provide descriptive literature to show how their quotation meets the required specifications.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable clauses and provisions, including 52.204-25, 52.204-26, and 252.204-7016.
• The contractor must provide a completed copy of the provisions 52.204-24, 52.204-26, and 252.204-7016.
• The contractor must be aware of the prohibition on contracting for certain telecommunications and video surveillance services or equipment.
• The contractor must comply with the DFARS clauses and provisions, including 252.203-7000, 252.203-7002, and 252.204-7003.
• The contractor must provide information about their company, including their business size, Cage Code, and DUNS number.
