Description
The California Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting quotes from California Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE) certified by the Department of General Services for window and window screen repair and replacement services at the Veterans Home of California – Chula Vista. The term of the agreement will be from January 1, 2026, or upon date of approval, through June 30, 2028. The scope of work includes providing window and window screen repair and replacement services as described in the solicitation for quote (SFQ) and the sample agreement. A mandatory walk-through will be held on November 19, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. PST.
• The walk-through will be held at the Veterans Home of California – Chula Vista, located at 700 E. Naples Court, Chula Vista, CA 91911.
• Prospective vendors must submit their quotes via email to [email protected] by the solicitation for quotes submittal deadline.
• The quote must include all required documents, such as the bid rate sheet, payee data record, and contractor certification clauses.
• The state reserves the right to reject any proposal that does not meet the requirements of the SFQ.
