Total House Renovation

The Franklin County Land Bank Corporation is seeking a qualified general contractor for the renovation of a single-family residential structure located at 13 Williamson Street, Malone, NY. The project consists of a pre-construction phase and a construction phase on an open book guaranteed maximum price (GMP) basis. The contractor will be responsible for providing progress photos and reports, obtaining necessary permits, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The project includes renovation of the existing residence, including structural repairs, hazardous materials abatement, and installation of new fixtures and finishes. • The project is funded through the NY Land Bank Initiative and is subject to all applicable funding requirements. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, county, town, village, and other applicable laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations. • The contractor must provide and maintain insurance until completion of the work. • The contractor must submit a proposal including a company profile, project team and work plan, fee proposal, and licensing and insurance information.
