Archway Station Roof Repair Project

Archway Station, Inc. is accepting requests for proposals for the installation and repair of a roofing system in accordance with industry standards located at 125 Fayette Street, Cumberland, Maryland. The property is being used as a recovery residence and the flat EPDM membrane roof consisting of two sections, section one being 5,088 square feet and section two being 248 square feet, is in need of replacement. The project includes federal funds (CDBG) requiring adherence to federal regulations including the Davis/ Bacon Federal Labor Standards Provision of wage requirements which are attached. In addition, the Build American, Buy American standards may apply as well as the Section 3 requirements of the State of Maryland Policies and Procurement Manual. Archway Station, Inc. encourages Minority Business Enterprise and Women's Business Enterprise contractor submissions. Inspections of the current roof are welcomed and can be arranged by contacting the project manager at 301-707-1061. A pre-bid conference will be held at the site on June 12, 2024 at 1:00PM.Proposals can be submitted to the Executive Director, James Raley, 45 Queen Street, Cumberland, Maryland 21502 on or before June 27, 2024 at 1:00PM. Bids will be opened at that location at 2:00PM on June 27, 2024. Please see attached scope of work and design requirements for more information.
