Description
The project consists of various building and site improvements, including exterior siding and trim replacement, selective flooring upgrade, new accessible kitchens, parking and driveway landscape improvements, selective interior painting, new hot water heater, and new energy-efficient windows. The project is estimated to cost $419,833.00 and is being electronically bid. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement.
• The project requires the replacement of exterior siding and trim, as well as the installation of new exterior rigid insulation board and window extension jambs and trim.
• The project also includes the upgrade of selective flooring with new luxury vinyl plank flooring in bedrooms, offices, and hallways.
• New fully accessible kitchens with new kitchen cabinets and solid surface countertops will be installed.
• Parking and driveway landscape improvements will be made, including the installation of new energy-efficient windows.
• The project requires the removal of two bathtubs and the replacement with roll-in showers and new flooring.
