Rotork Actuators

The City of Phoenix is seeking a contractor to provide Rotork electric actuators, parts, valves, gearboxes, accessories, and related software for a five-year contract. The contractor must be an authorized distributor of Rotork products and provide proof of distributor authorization. The scope of work includes furnishing and delivering Rotork products, providing field setup and commissioning services, and providing on-site technical training for City staff. The City has standardized its operations on Rotork models, specifically the IQT1000 and FA12 configurations. • The contract will commence on or about February 1, 2026. • The contractor must provide a certificate of insurance with limits of liability not less than $2,000,000. • The contractor must provide a warranty for the products and services provided. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive any immaterial defects or informalities. • The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
