Description
The North Carolina Department of Transportation is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of Corrugated Aluminized Pipe Arch and Aluminized Pipe Arch Bands for Guilford County Bridge Maintenance. The contract is for a one-time purchase, and the successful vendor will be required to deliver the goods within 30 consecutive calendar days after receipt of the purchase order. The vendor must be authorized by the manufacturer to distribute or resell the products and must provide a signed statement from the manufacturer confirming authorization. The vendor must also complete and return several attachments, including a pricing form, HUB supplemental vendor information, and a location of workers utilized by vendor form.
• The goods must meet or exceed the specifications listed in the NCDOT 2024 Standard Specifications for Roads and Structures.
• The vendor must provide a copy of the manufacturer's standard warranty within five consecutive calendar days after request from the agency.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, taxation, and environmental protection.
• The vendor must have a valid vendor number assigned through the Electronic Vendor Portal (eVP) and must be a North Carolina registered vendor in good standing.
The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and the award of the contract will be based on the best value to the State.
