Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide a Stryker Universal Facial Fixation Set for the Omaha VAMC Surgery Department. The set is used for facial trauma repair, orthognathic surgery, reconstructive surgery, and craniofacial surgery. The vendor must be an authorized distributor and provide a letter of authorization from the OEM. The contract is a firm fixed price contract, and the period of performance is from 07-31-2026 to 09-30-2026.
• The set must include various plates, screws, and instruments for facial fixation and stabilization.
• The vendor must provide user manuals and service manuals for the equipment.
• The instruments must not be used or refurbished and must have the latest manufacturer's software/hardware updates installed.
• The date of manufacture must not be greater than 1 year before the purchase order date.
