Construction Services Spokane County SCRISAR Left Turn Lane

Spokane County is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and permitting necessary for the Spokane County SCRISAR new left turn lane into the Sheriff’s Office Regional Training Center Driveway. The project includes construction services and has an engineer's estimate of $548,000.00 plus tax. The contractor will be required to pay for and file a Performance Bond and Payment Bond to the STATE OF WASHINGTON AND SPOKANE COUNTY. Key aspects of the project include: • Construction of a new left turn lane • Provision of all materials, labor, equipment, and permitting • Compliance with prevailing wage law and payment of prevailing wages • Payment of sales tax • Execution of a Performance Bond and Payment Bond • Completion of the project within 120 days
