Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for OEM repair services for various equipment, including spectrum analyzers and network analyzers. The proposed contract action is for the services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Keysight Technologies, Incorporated. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the offeror must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
• The equipment to be repaired includes PXA Signal Analyzer, Multi-touch N9030B-513, PSA Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer, PSG Vector Signal Generator, and 3.5 mm Ecal Module.
• The offeror must provide a firm fixed price for each item.
• The delivery date is 04 Feb 2026.
• The offeror must comply with all applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses.
