Richland Fire Station #2 Addition

The City of Richland, Mississippi is seeking bids for the construction of the Richland Fire Station #2 Addition. The project includes a 2,418 SF addition with entry patio and tower, as well as three alternate bids for additional work. The contractor will be required to perform all work and furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and materials required by the sheet specifications and drawings. The contract time shall be 210 consecutive calendar days from the effective date shown in the Notice to Proceed. • The Base Bid includes a 2,418 SF addition with entry patio and tower. • Alternate #1 adds another 684 SF turn-out room addition on the truck bay with a grilling patio. • Alternate #2 includes replacement of (2) existing automated overhead bay doors with new automated roll-up style doors. • Alternate #3 includes removing brick veneer from new addition. • The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the contract amount.
