Description
The Department of Technology, Management & Budget is seeking a vendor to provide printing services for 10,000 Marina Harbor Pass Hang Tags. The tags should be 3.5" x 6.5" in size, printed in black ink on 65# ASTROBRIGHT SOLAR YELLOW cover, and die-cut with a 1.25" hole and diagonal slit at the top. The vendor is required to provide a detailed quote letter and ship the tags to approximately 2 locations using the DTMB FedEx account number. The department awards bids based on best price and value to the state.
• The quantity required is 10,000 tags, packed in 100's and cartoned.
• The vendor must provide a PDF color proof for approval prior to the production run.
• The vendor must attach a detailed quote letter, failure to do so will result in bid disqualification.
• The department considers past quality concerns and inability to meet requirements when awarding bids.
