Description
The US Air Force is seeking a sole source direct 8(a) construction effort for the 352 Special Warfare Training Squadron (SWTS) Base Camp Upgrade. The project involves upgrading the base camp, and the contractor will be responsible for completing the work within the specified period of performance. The contractor must provide a detailed methodology for taking the requirement documents to construction completion and ensure that the work meets applicable codes and regulations.
• The contractor must propose a total number of calendar days to begin performance and complete performance.
• The contractor must provide a schedule with corresponding completion dates for each critical element of construction.
• The contractor must identify significant risks and provide a realistic mitigation plan for each risk.
• The contractor must provide a price proposal that includes all required price elements and ensures continuity and traceability of prices to the technical proposal.
