Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide precast concrete restrooms and shower buildings for various state agencies. The contractor will be required to provide the buildings on an as-needed basis, with no guarantee of usage. The contract will be for a period of one year, from August 25, 2026, to August 24, 2027. The contractor must comply with various standards and regulations, including those related to accessibility, structural integrity, and environmental sustainability. The contractor will also be required to participate in the State of Missouri's Cooperative Procurement Program. Some key features of the scope of work include:
• Providing precast concrete restrooms and shower buildings that meet specific design and aesthetic standards
