Description
The City of Cleveland is seeking bids for the purchase of hydraulic hoses and fittings, including parts and repairs. The successful bidder will be required to supply parts on a regular basis and repair hoses within the same day. The vendor must be located within 15 miles of 4150 E 49th Street, Cleveland, OH 44105. The purchase order will be valid for one year or until funds are exhausted, whichever occurs first. Services and orders will be provided as needed, after prior departmental approval. The bid must include a price list, and the vendor must state their labor rate per hour.
• The purchase order is estimated to be less than $50,000 in value.

• The bidder must complete and sign the Northern Ireland Fair Employment Practices Disclosure form.
• The bidder must disclose any wage theft or payroll fraud violations within the last three years.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder.
