2026 Concrete Replacement Project

The City of Riverton is seeking bids for the 2026 Concrete Replacement Project. The project involves the removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter, valley gutter, curb return fillets, sidewalk, and driveway with accompanying subbase. The project also includes the installation of concrete water valve collars, concrete sewer manhole collars, ADA ramps, and detectible warning devices. The contractor will be responsible for providing all traffic control where necessary. Key features of the project include: • Removal and replacement of approximately 840 linear feet of Type A concrete curb and gutter • Removal and replacement of approximately 21 linear feet of Type C concrete curb and gutter • Installation of eleven concrete water valve collars and eleven concrete sewer manhole collars • Installation of three ADA ramps and detectible warning devices • Provision of all traffic control where necessary • Completion of the project within 150 days of the Notice to Proceed
