Description
The 460th Contracting Squadron at Buckley Space Force Base (SFB) in Colorado is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items to procure and deliver cooling infrastructure repair parts. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to deliver the required repair packages and kits per the statement of need. All components must be brand new, unused, and non-refurbished, meeting or exceeding the technical specifications outlined in the statement of need.
The key requirements of this project include:
• Providing an Elbow and Pipe Repair Package
• Providing a Pipe Freezing Kit
• Providing a Carbon Fiber Composite Reinforcement Package
• Delivering all required items within 14 calendar days after receipt of award
• Ensuring all contractor employees can pass a background check to enter the installation
The Government intends to award a Fixed-Price Contract based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror approach.
