Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a sole source contractor to provide upgrade hardware, software, services, and documentation for the Kuwait Patriot Program. The contract will be placed on the existing subsumable indefinite delivery requirements type contract (SPRRA2-25-D-0016). The contractor will be required to provide pricing for the add-on item, along with supporting cost data and documentation. The proposal should include a summary schedule, cost breakdown, and information on labor categories, labor hours, material and equipment cost, and total cost. The contractor will also be required to identify and address any potential Organizational Conflicts of Interests (OCIs) and provide a mitigation plan if necessary.
