Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting bids for the procurement of Cable Assembly, Fibe, NSN 6020-01-609-3422, in support of the Patriot (D6) system. The contract is a firm fixed price, single purchase contract. The contractor shall provide a unique item identifier for the delivered items. The Government's unit acquisition cost for the items shall be $5,000 or more. The contractor shall deliver all items under a contract line, subline, or exhibit line item.
• The contract requires the delivery of 30 Cable Assemblies, Fibe, within 300 days after contract award.
• The contractor shall provide a first article test report within 15 days after the first article test.
• The contractor shall comply with the higher-level quality standard(s) listed in the contract.
• The contractor shall include applicable requirements of the higher-level quality standard(s) in any subcontract for critical and complex items.
• The Government will evaluate the contractor's past performance using the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).
• The contractor shall submit certified cost or pricing data, data other than certified cost or pricing data, and supporting attachments in accordance with the instructions contained in Table 15-2 of FAR 15.408.
