As Needed Repair Fence Located Within Oakland County

The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is seeking a contractor to perform as-needed fence repair services along MDOT's right of ways in Oakland County. The services include providing and erecting chain link fence or high-tensile wire fence, as needed. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and any incidental services or items required to perform fence repair services. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing all necessary materials, including 48” ROW chain link fabric, high tensile wire rope, and 48” fence posts • Notifying the MDOT Project Manager at least five days prior to commencement of any work on site • Ensuring all materials and workmanship are in accordance with the MDOT Standard Specifications for Construction, 2020 Edition • Supplying, installing, and maintaining traffic control devices necessary for the protection of the public and the work site • Ensuring crew personnel have sufficient training, experience, and qualifications to perform the required tasks in an efficient and safe manner
