The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) is seeking to procure products manufactured by Advanced Conversion Technology (ACT) Inc, specifically the SW2513000-28-01, FINAL ASSY, 28V, HEATSINK. The component must precisely match the form, fit, and function of the existing systems. The required acquisition systems are exclusive to Advanced Conversion Technology (ACT) Inc. • The procurement is being conducted as a Total Small Business Set Aside, and the award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. • The offeror must be an authorized reseller or distributor of the brand-name item(s) quoted and provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming this. • The offeror must submit a quotation that includes all costs associated with the requirement, including shipping and freight to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114, as well as any tariff or duty charges. • The Government will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and the order will be issued on a firm fixed-price basis.
