The County of Johnson is soliciting sealed bids for the complete remodel and reconfiguration of existing restrooms in the Adult Residential Center Programs Building to achieve full ADA compliance. The scope includes demolition of existing fixtures, installation of new accessible plumbing, partitions, fixtures, finishes, and all associated labor, equipment, supervision, and materials required to complete the work in accordance with applicable codes and specifications.
• Full ADA‑compliant restroom renovation for an institutional residential facility.
• All materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and related items included; bid bond of 5 % required.
• Mandatory pre‑bid conference on 12/9/2025 at the site; electronic bid submission via IonWave due 12/23/2025.
