Description
The US Navy is seeking quotations for the repair of windshield and similar replacement parts. The contract is for a FMS spares purchase, and the Small Business Administration representative at NAVSUP WSS has determined that a set-aside recommendation was not applicable for this procurement. The contractor shall submit a quote that includes either a firm-fixed price or TT&E pricing, as well as estimate costs to repair the item. The contract will be issued by the Government when deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by any electronic commerce method, including email.
Key features of the job include:
* The contractor shall deliver the materials FOB Origin at or near the contractor's plant
* The contractor shall use the WAWF system to electronically process vendor payment requests and receiving reports
* The contractor shall ensure that a payment request includes documentation appropriate to the type of payment request
* The contractor shall ensure that a receiving report meets the requirements of DFARS Appendix
