Description
The State of Ohio is seeking qualified contractors to install an epoxy floor system in Shower House #2 and the adjacent laundry area at Lake Hope State Park. The work includes removal of existing flooring, surface preparation, application of primer and epoxy coating, and final finishing in accordance with the supplied specifications. Bids will be evaluated on a line‑item basis, with the contract awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• Scope: Demolish old floor, prep substrate, apply epoxy floor system per specifications.
• Deliverables: Complete flooring for shower house and laundry space, including all materials, labor, and cleanup.
• Evaluation: Lowest responsive and responsible bid per line item; compliance with Ohio procurement rules.
• Required documents: Completed bid form, affirmation and disclosure form, and any required certifications.
