The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking to award a Total Small Business set-aside, firm, fixed price contract for five (5) COLUMBIA 4AFM Electric Davit Cranes (P/N: 2A20858R0) as replenishment stock for the National Logistics Support Center in Grandview, MO. The cranes are required to be compatible with existing systems and equipment, and the source is uniquely qualified to meet the requirement. The contract will be awarded to the responsive responsible quoter providing the best value in accordance with FAR 12.203(c)(2). • The contract is for a specific brand name, COLUMBIA 4AFM Electric Davit Crane, and vendors must be verified resellers of ALLIED POWER PRODUCTS, INC. • The cranes are critical components for the maintenance of the radar antenna pedestal. • The contract includes a 1-year warranty against material workmanship and faults occurring during operation. • The contractor must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) and have a unique entity identifier (UEI). • The contractor must provide proof of being an authorized reseller of the product being offered. • The government reserves the right not to award a contract.
