This solicitation seeks a qualified vendor to provide, install, and maintain a dedicated 1 Gbps Ethernet connection between two Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) facilities. The contract will be awarded on a lowest‑price‑technically‑acceptable basis, and all pricing must be broken out as monthly recurring charges and/or non‑recurring charges in accordance with the IQO Deskbook.
