Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a quotation for the procurement of a MOUSE,DATA ENTRY, NSN: 7025-01-625-3427, PN: 13638921. The solicitation is a one-time buy, firm fixed price effort. The contractor shall deliver all items under a contract line, subline, or exhibit line item. The Government requires delivery to be made according to the following schedule: 30 EA within 130 days after contract award.
• The contractor shall provide a unique item identifier for the delivered items.
• The contractor shall report the unique item identifier information as part of the Material Inspection and Receiving Report.
• The contractor shall use the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system to submit payment requests and receiving reports.
• The contractor shall comply with the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) requirements.
• The contractor shall ensure that all items delivered are domestically sourced unless otherwise indicated.
• The contractor shall provide certification of compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
